Regulamin

Before joining the classes, it is required to submit a statement of the absence of the above-described contraindications. The statement has to be delivered to the instructor. 

By letting an underage to join the classes, his parent/legal guardian expresses explicit admittance to let the instructor present in the specific room.hall provide the karate and / or general fitness classess to the aforementioned underage.

Przed przystąpieniem do zajęć wymagane jest złożenie oświadczenia o braku wyżej opisanych przeciwwskazań. Oświadczenie złożysz u instruktora. 

Pozwalając swojemu dziecku na przystąpienie do zajęć, rodzic lub opiekun prawny wyraża wprost zgodę (dopuszcza) do  prowadzenie zajęć karate i/lub zajęć ogólnorozwojowych obecnego osobiście instruktora.
